The methodology of the training is in the form of Knowledge sessions, team based activities, practice sessions on Group Discussions & Personal Interview and other exercises which are facilitated by a team of trainers. The contents of the course are designed in such a way that these activities and exercises will help in overall personality growth of the students.
Feedbacks and inputs from the same will help the students identify their strengths and focus on areas of modifications and development. Additionally, the activities encourage the students towards teamwork through various team assignments.
The training is conducted in a very informal, interesting and interactive manner, which gives ample scope for the students to interact among themselves, and articulate on a wide variety of issues, topics and situations which they are likely to come across either in selection process or later in their career. The students are encouraged to attend these courses and derive maximum benefit from them.
