At RATM, we follow the approach of creating self-driven departments. Every department has an independent infrastructure. The respective heads appointed for each of these departments assume complete charge, be it teaching, management, development, research and industry interaction.

The department heads are supported by a team of Professors, Asst. Professors, Lecturers and Technical/Administrative staff. With complete clarity on the core concentration of the stream of study, they device their own innovative ideas drawing inspiration from other departments, and if need be, organizations other than RATM.
